              father keeps a basket
Of goodies to give you rewards
But when he’s nowhere to be seen
The goodies you start to move towards
You sneak a treat or two or ten
Soon there’s no more rewards for you
Now your sick from all the sweets
You told yourself only a few

Can’t you see it’s killing you?
Can’t you see oh can’t you see?

Now to tackle the next problem
How to fill the basket again
How to fill it up quickly
Because he’ll be back you know not when
You rush quickly to the market
              Purchase the exact same rewards
Rush them home quickly to replace
Fill the basket just like before

When your master returns back home
              He greets you happily inside
You were on the watch out for him
He gives you a strong hug with pride
He knew you ate all your rewards
That’s why he left the basket out
He also had faith in you though
That you’d give back without a doubt
In his bag he brought home to you a basket one hundred times more
He gave you the first basket too, from me my soon rewards will poor
The rewards you took made you sick, therefore you couldn’t
              enjoy them
These rewards will last forever and there’s much more you
              just say when.
